Search is limited to 150 results per call and to 30 calls per minute and 300 per hour, plus the organization/API-key bucket. A timeout or temporary search failure exits with status 2; retry it with bounded backoff. People Sets (preview) are available through the API, not the CLI. See CLI errors & rate limits.
